Kothari Group of Construction

Kothari Group of Construction had commenced its operations in 1988. We develop the land and lease it out to MNC and large co-operates. We also involve ourselves in joint ventures. 

By this year 2020 Kothari Group of construction has completed development of 7,10,600 sqft and will also complete another 4,75,000 sqft from its ongoing projects making it to a total of 11,85,600 sqft. In which none of the commercial buildings have been sold, all have been leased out to MNC and large Co-operates.
